Set back but not done

Set back :(

Not sure what I have done but the last two days have just been off for me and I have talked to my advisor and I'm getting on the right track one way or another. A year ago I would have just given up and gained all my weight back and then some. Not this time I'm determined to keep moving forward and to get healthy.
