Feeling better
So I know I posted earlier today but just so everyone knows I m having a much better day. I add fruit and yogurt to my morning snack and water lots and lots of water is the key to staying on track. before Advocare it would have been lots and lots of junk in my life sweet tea and lots of it. Mc. Donald's, ice cream daily junk, junk, junk.
So with that said.... I'm doing much better at sticking with healthy but I'm not perfect I have had a few chips and a few chocolate chips but I haven't sat down and ate a whole bowl or anything like.
My husband is a junk food king so its in the house and will always but keep all my food in the refrigerator and just stay out of the pantry and with Advocare I find it so much easier to eat healthy.
I LOVE THIS!!!!!!!!!

When you need a sweet, have some rice cakes. chocolate or caramel... They hit the spot, when you just need a little something.

I am trying to get prego so am not going hard core on much right now, but still trying to make healthy food choices.
