DAy 12
Wish the weekend didn't go by so fast!
Its a new week so new goals!
I think I'm going to try to achieve 2 goals this week.
1. Get at least 20 min workout in three day this week.
2. I would like to lose 3pounds by Saturday.
Today both of my boys slept in so I got in a 15 minute workout before my little one woke up and wanted to eat. After lunch we went for a very hot walk about a 1/2 mile pushing a 39 pound kiddo and a 13 pound baby I was slowing down by the time we where done.
Haven't lost anymore weight but I have lost another inch.
Feeling great and love seeing myself change.
