Day 30..........

 
 
 
Day 30 and Down 15 pounds!!!!
 
Tuesday I add MNS into my daily routine and have seen amazing results 4 pounds in 3 days and feel great.
 
 
 
Totally what I feel like then I workout!!! LOL!!
 
 
Weekends totally mess me up and my goal this weekend is to not get off track and gain I have messed up every weekend so far so we will see Monday morning if I did or not!!!
