Hello Everyone
My name is Tiffany I'm 25 years old mommy of 2 and over weight.
I have always had a weight problem in high school I lost about 50 pounds and felt great, graduated fell in love and gained it all back. In 2007 I got pregnant with my 1st son at 19 and gained about 20 pounds. after my pregnancy I didn't lose my baby weight I just gained more.
In 2010 I reached my heaviest and knew I had to do something but didn't know what. I went to weight watchers and did okay I lost about 12 pounds.
Then one day in June my friend asked me if wanted to go to an Advocare mixer I said like most people "what is Advocare" and she told me about it. We went I bought the 24 day challenge and was so ready to start losing and feel good again. Day one fiber drink and I want ready at all for it :( I stuck with it a few day and I gave up.
Went back to unhealthy eating and gained the weight i had lost and was even more upset with my self.
In 2012 I wanted to lose weight in time to go on a trip to Australia, I didn't know what to do so I decided to give advocare another try. I didn't do the 24 day challenge I took a few pills and lost 30 pounds in 3 months and 10 all over inches. Went to Australia and had a blast. September 2012 found out that I was pregnant with baby #2 had my son in may and here we are June 2013.
I'm ready to LOSE IT FOR GOOD!!!!!
I'm breastfeeding my son so I cant do the 24 day challenge and most of the pills I did last time but I can take some products which will help me lose.
So I decide there are other mommy out there that need to lose weight and feel like they can't so I'm going to blog my journey step by step.
